No, I’m not a workaholic, because I’m not working. I’m supposed to spend the whole day relaxing (I modified that this morning to “relaxing till noon”) but at the moment, I’m just making a blog post, browsing through a blog by an ex-model about beauty disorders, etc, and reading my favorite business blog.
I love the internet marketing industry because it’s made so many people rich. And not the “one second millionaire” kind of rich– though there are innumerable books claiming that it can happen that way. It can’t.
Success comes after a long time, after a lot of hard work. That’s what makes it so gratifying. When you put in a lot of time and energy, you deserve your reward. In this industry, you don’t need much capital to start up with: just a PC, internet connection, a few dollars to buy hosting and domains and maybe a few softwares. What really counts is your dedication and persistence, your ability to bounce back from setbacks. This is a business that takes time and effort, trial and error, and not that much capital. It’s a dream for a start-up.
